Manage UK tax matters including corporation tax compliance, VAT, and quarterly IFRS reporting for an international investment group. Oversee transfer pricing processes, policy management, and coordination with external advisors.
Requires a qualified accountant (CA) or Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) with strong knowledge of UK corporation tax and IFRS. Experience with transfer pricing and working with external advisors in a multinational environment is highly desired.

About the role:
We are seeking an experienced tax professional to support the delivery of the group’s Transfer Pricing (TP) policy along with the discharge of all TP related processes and compliance obligations for a listed international investment group.
The role involves taking ownership of the group’s TP modelling, review of policy and associated review of all TP local files and related compliance. Additionally, the role will require close coordination with external advisers and internal finance teams to ensure timely delivery of both internal and external TP obligations will be a key focus of the role.
Whilst the role will be primarily covering TP, there will also be some international elements to the role – such as overseeing tax return preparation process outsourced to advisors, considering implications of reorganisations, etc.
The successful candidate will take day-to-day ownership of TP related processes, with support, collaboration and senior review from the wider tax team.
