We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and support a high‑profile café located in Mountain View, California. What You'll Do

• Lead café operations — Oversee daily service, hospitality, staffing, and guest experience for a high‑profile workplace café.

• Develop and inspire teams — Coach, mentor, and motivate leaders and frontline staff to uphold service and operational excellence.

• Strengthen client partnerships — Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction with café performance.

• Drive financial performance — Manage labor, controllable expenses, and operational targets while delivering consistent, measurable results.

• Champion hospitality excellence — Maintain a sharp eye for detail, ensuring elevated service, presentation, and guest engagement.
