The janitorial team member is responsible for maintaining clean and safe facilities by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, sanitizing restrooms, and emptying trash. They must also communicate supply and maintenance needs to the lead janitor while supporting team operations.
The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks like bending and kneeling. A REAL ID is required, and while a high school diploma or GED is preferred, it is not mandatory.
