The Intelligence Exercise and Engagement Planner will plan, coordinate, and execute intelligence participation in various exercises while developing training objectives and realistic threat scenarios. Additionally, the role involves managing multinational engagements, conducting all-source research, and providing intelligence support to senior military and civilian leaders.
Candidates must possess a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and at least 5 years of experience in tactical and operational planning at a multi-star level. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, along with familiarity in civil-military operations and exercise planning.
SMX is seeking a self-starter, motivated candidate to fulfill the requirements as an Intelligence Exercise and Engagement Planner at SOCPAC. The candidate will support intelligence exercise and engagement planning to include intelligence training objective and scenario development. The position will provide intelligence support to exercise planning conferences. The intelligence exercise and engagement planner will be fully integrated in the command and provide exercise intelligence expertise to the command. The intelligence exercise and engagement planner will synchronize and coordinate with SOJ3, SOJ7, subordinate units, and external manning requirements for exercise support. Must have superior written and oral communications skills.
