Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, HR administration, and onboarding/offboarding. Oversee internal operations such as IT provisioning, procurement, and office management to ensure business scalability.
Requires a highly organized professional with experience in HR, IT operations, and vendor management. Proficiency in English and basic German is required, along with knowledge of German labor law and a valid EU work permit.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Senior HR & Operations Manager to become the backbone of our internal operations. In this role, you will take ownership across the full employee lifecycle: from talent acquisition and HR administration to IT provisioning, procurement, and office management. As the go-to person for keeping the business running smoothly, you will build scalable internal processes, coordinate across teams and vendors, and create an outstanding employee experience while supporting the company’s continued growth.
