The Law Clerk will manage serious personal injury tort claims and accident benefit claims, including drafting legal documents and reports. They are responsible for communicating with clients, experts, and opposing counsel while maintaining organized case files.
Candidates must have 0–5 years of experience in a litigation practice and hold a post-secondary education in a legal field. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are essential for success in this role.

We are currently seeking a Law Clerk to fill an existing vacancy within our Personal Injury Department. The work will involve serious personal injury tort claims (falls, motor vehicle litigation, civil sexual abuse claims) and accident benefit claims.
