Responsible for the operation, sanitation, troubleshooting, and repair of all packaging equipment from the distribution deck to the track. This includes performing quality checks, equipment changeovers, and training other plant personnel to ensure efficient packaging.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of related experience or a technical certificate. Candidates must pass a job skill evaluation covering basic math, mechanical principles, and be able to work in confined spaces.

This position is responsible for the operation, sanitation, troubleshooting and repair of all packaging equipment from the distribution deck to the track. This position will break, cover vacancies, and train employees in all Packaging Operator positions to ensure that all packaging area equipment and people are able to package products in an efficient manner consistent with customer, quality assurance, and packaging goals and expectations.
