Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or maintenance field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have at least three years of related experience, including previous supervisory experience.

The Maintenance Supervisor directs the activities of hourly employees within the Maintenance Department to ensure efficient operations and minimize any downtime. This individual plans and schedules daily work assignments and preventative maintenance. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all team members are in compliance with Company policies, procedures, and practices to include but not limited to Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHS&S) regulations at all times.
Bachelor's degree in industrial, electrical, mechanical maintenance or engineering; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
