We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and understands the importance of providing outstanding service on every call. The schedule is M, T, TH, F (9-6) and S ( 8-2) (off W and Su)

What You'll Do
Answer incoming customer calls and assist with scheduling service appointments
Provide outstanding customer service while addressing customer questions and concerns
Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on services, and support company initiatives
Accurately enter customer information into company systems
Coordinate with dispatch and field technicians to ensure smooth scheduling and communication
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
Assist with membership, maintenance agreement, and service-related inquiries
Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a CSR, Dispatcher, or Call Center Representative within an HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services company
ServiceTitan experience is required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
Experience handling customer concerns, complaints, and follow-up communication
Strong attention to detail, especially when entering customer information, scheduling appointments, and documenting job notes
Ability to remain calm, organized, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or home services industry terminology
Strong computer and data entry skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
