The Business Analyst will support insurance departments by designing technical and application solutions to meet reporting and steering needs. They will lead business workshops to gather requirements, write user stories, and ensure the final technical solution aligns with product owner expectations.
Candidates must have a Master's degree (Bac+5) and proven experience in the banking or insurance sector (P&C, Health, Life, Retirement). Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, Agile methods, and English is required.

Dans le cadre d’une nouvelle Offre de base, nous recherchons une personne experte en enjeux ESG et en SQL pour renforcer nos équipes data et contribuer aux projets de reporting, de conformité et de transformation responsable.
En tant que Business Analyst, vos missions seront les suivantes :
Accompagner les Directions Assurance (IARD, Prévoyance, Santé, Retraite,...)
Répondre à leurs besoins de pilotage des systèmes d’informations
Etudier / concevoir des solutions applicatives/techniques avec l’aide des développeurs dans le respect du planning de delivery
Animer les ateliers métiers pour recueillir le besoin et les rédiger sous forme d’US.
S’assurer de l’adéquation de la solution technique avec les besoins fonctionnels du produit en lien avec les attentes du Product Owner
S’assurer du respect des engagements pris vis-à-vis du métier en collaboration avec le chef de projet
Participer à la conception et à l’estimation des sujets à mettre en œuvre
Remonter les alertes éventuelles
Participer aux différents rituels : daily, weekly avec le métier, démo et rétro …
Accompagner les utilisateurs métiers concernant l’adoption de nouveaux outils
Diplômé d’un bac+5, vous justifiez d’une première expérience avérée dans le secteur bancaire avec des connaissances des métiers assurantiels (IARD, Prévoyance, Santé, Retraite,...)

Maîtrise SQL, d’outils de reporting et outils spécifiques à l'Assurance
Bon communicant, vous serez en contact avec des interlocuteurs variés dans le cadre de vos projets.
