We are looking for a hands-on Growth & Marketing Manager to own our marketing function and run the day-to-day operations. Our brand is built on trust. You will manage that brand and keep the firm's voice consistent. 
This role has two sides: reputation and reach. Reputation is our standing in the market and the visibility of our lawyers in family law. Reach is making sure the people who need a family lawyer can easily find us and understand how we work. You will be accountable for both, understand how each feeds the other, and make recommendations thoughtfully. 

Reporting To: Executive Director 
Team Size: No Direct Reports

 Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, spanning both brand and growth work, ideally in a professional services environment.
• Comfortable with data and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM or email platforms), and with building where there is no existing playbook.
• We hire for character, judgment, ownership, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly, more than credentials. What you have owned and improved matters more than the titles you have held.

Brand & Reputation: Own how the firm presents itself and how it is known. Keep our voice consistent, genuine, and worthy of the trust clients place in us, across everything a client or referral source sees.
Growth Marketing: Own how the right clients find us, across the channels we use to reach them. Know where our clients come from and why they choose us, make quality decisions about where the firm invests, and improve that over time.
Profile & Thought Leadership: Own the firm's public profile. Grow our presence in the media, support our lawyers as recognized authorities in family law, and build the content that strengthens our reputation.
Referral Relationships: Build and strengthen relationships with the professionals who refer work to us.
New Markets: Bring the market analysis and positioning work as the firm grows into new markets. Firm leadership owns the expansion strategy; you own the thinking and work behind it. 
Continuous Improvement: Find better ways to run the function and automate what you can.
