The Ministry Administrator supports the Gospel Outreach trips and Global Church Program by managing logistics, travel arrangements, and event coordination. They are also responsible for maintaining databases, processing donations, and providing administrative support to the ministry team.
Candidates should have 1-4 years of experience in administration or project management and a strong command of the English language. A vibrant Christian faith and alignment with the organization's mission and statement of faith are required.

Over the decades our ministry has broadened to inviting women and men of all vocations to share the gospel with innovative new Scripture resources alongside local church partners. In 2015, ShareWord Global was launched to help expand the work in more regions within Canada and around the world.
ShareWord Global (SWG) is a ministry committed to engaging the global Church to do one simple thing: go! Our mission is to ignite and fuel a passion in people’s hearts to share the gospel—training and equipping them, as a community of believers, to effectively introduce people to Jesus through God’s Word. SWG fuels the movement to “go!” and reach more people with the gospel through relational evangelism and training, innovative Scripture resources, and by partnering with local churches worldwide.

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Ministry Administrator provides support to approved strategic and operational plans and activities for the areas of Gospel Outreach (GO) Trips and our Global Church Program (GCP). With your support, we’ll see the ministry of ShareWord Global grow and strengthen. Ultimately accountable for the successful completion of GO Trips and smooth administrative processes of our Church Partnership program, the Ministry Administrator is to accomplish their goals by working collaboratively will the ministry division, in addition to the greater staff and volunteer teams.
