The auditor will conduct social and CSR audits for suppliers and clients, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and audit standards. They will also manage technical inquiries and provide support to internal and external stakeholders involved in these projects.
Candidates must hold a degree between Bac+3 and Bac+5 and possess a valid ASCA or CSCA qualification. Proficiency in professional English is mandatory, along with previous experience in quality, audit, or compliance fields.

Nous recherchons un Auditeur H/F sur les domaines de la RSE.
Vous intervenez sur la mise en place, le déploiement et le suivi des procédures opérationnelles garantissant la maîtrise des référentiels d’audits sociaux (référentiel, rapports d'audits, note d'informations...), des audits clients et de la formation des auditeurs.
Les audits sociaux couvrent les thématiques suivantes par exemple: la rémunération, les heures de travail et la santé/sécurité au travail, l’environnement, etc.
Vous serez en charge des questions techniques auprès des interlocuteurs internes/externes impliqués dans ces projets.
Vos missions principales incluent la réalisation des audits fournisseurs / de seconde partie selon les initiatives d’audit social (ICS, SEDEX, …) et autres grilles d’audit clients.
La connaissance des référentiels d’audits sociaux ou l’expérience dans le milieu des Ressources Humaines, Qualité/Sécurité/Environnement ou la RSE est souhaitable.
Une qualification ISO9001 serait un plus.
Issu(e) d'une formation Bac+3 à Bac+5, vous avez acquis une première expérience dans les domaines de la qualité, de l'audit ou de la conformité.
Curieux(se), rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d'un excellent esprit d'analyse, vous savez faire preuve d'écoute et vous adapter rapidement à des environnements et interlocuteurs variés.
Orienté(e) satisfaction client, vous appréciez le travail de terrain et le contact avec les clients. Votre sens du service, votre diplomatie et votre capacité à comprendre les enjeux de vos interlocuteurs vous permettent d'établir une relation de confiance durable.
La qualification ASCA ou CSCA est requise. Une expérience dans la réalisation d'audits sociaux constitue un atout supplémentaire.
La maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel est indispensable, l'ensemble des procédures, référentiels et rapports d'audit étant majoritairement rédigés en anglais.
