Assist attorneys with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including due diligence, documentation, and closing activities. Manage title commitments, prepare conveyance documents, and handle post-closing requirements such as closing binders and indices.
Requires 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and a Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong legal writing and communication skills are essential.

In this position, you will assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including documentation, due diligence, development and entitlements, closing and post-closing activities for real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. You will be a member of the firm’s Real Estate department, reporting to the attorneys on your team.

The salary range for this role is $71,000 to $95,000 annually, which is based on a 40-hour work week. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Seattle. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.
