Assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs to improve functional mobility and relieve pain in patients. Provide education to patients and caregivers while supervising team members to ensure high-quality care.
Requires a Physical Therapy license and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Candidates should be capable of performing therapeutic interventions and maintaining collaborative relationships with the care team.
Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
