Oversees multiple business projects and client programs from inception to completion, ensuring goals are met within budget and timeframe. Drives regional alignment, develops operational processes, and manages communication between regional and global activities.

•Responsibilities:
•Drive alignment across all of the functions executing work within the region to achieve the regional goals
•Develop and deploy MOS to enable effective execution across the various functions
•Influence organizational structure of functional teams to enable success in the region
•Develop standard processes to enable efficiency and eliminate barriers
•Identify issues within the region proactively and drive resolution of issues (via big rock initiatives etc.)
•Work across organization to eliminate barriers for operational and development issues
•Create bandwidth for the VP-GMs to focus on highest priority needs within the region
•Own regional RASCI
•Manages communication between regional and global focused activities to avoid silo creation
•Develop and own balance of HVOR vs Auto regional strategies to achieve goals
•Assess tradeoffs and balance growth across HVOR and Auto
•Balance based on regional specifics
•Ensure closed loop feedback from regional to global team
•Drive monthly review
