The Director will lead global EHS management systems, compliance frameworks, and performance reporting to ensure consistent standards across the enterprise. They will also drive safety culture, employee engagement, and data-driven decision-making through effective communication and stakeholder collaboration.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field, along with 10+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven expertise in leading global EHS management systems, audit governance, and digital performance platforms is required.
In this role, success means creating consistent, scalable, and data-driven EHS systems that improve compliance, strengthen safety culture, and give leaders clear visibility of performance and risk. The successful candidate will help move the organization from reactive reporting to proactive decision-making, while enabling global teams to adopt common standards, tools, and behaviors.
