The Customer Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for evaluating drivers to ensure operational needs are met while maintaining high customer service and on-time delivery standards. They also manage driver performance, coordinate equipment maintenance, and facilitate communication between customers and drivers.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 5 years of relevant experience in transportation operations, dispatch, and customer service.
