The Funeral Director Apprentice assists families with funeral arrangements, legal documentation, and the coordination of memorial services. They also perform physical tasks related to the care of the deceased and the maintenance of funeral home facilities and vehicles.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and be currently enrolled in or have completed a mortuary science degree program. A minimum of 6 months of experience in a funeral home, crematory, or cemetery is required, along with a valid driver's license.
