Responsible for the administration, governance, and operational support of the enterprise Microsoft Teams collaboration platform. This includes managing lifecycle, policies, and voice/telephony capabilities.
Requires expertise in configuring Teams policies, managing permissions, and supporting telephony integrations. Must have a strong understanding of Teams integration with SharePoint, Exchange, and Entra identity services.
