Job Description:
The Senior Tax Analyst supports timely and accurate compliance with U.S. tax reporting requirements, including corporate income taxes, property taxes, sales and use taxes, and other applicable tax filings. This role applies established tax policies, procedures, and regulatory guidance to ensure compliance while identifying potential risks and escalating issues as appropriate. The position works closely with Finance and the Global Tax Team to support consistent execution of tax processes and ongoing improvements.
This role offers a flexible hybrid work schedule (Monday-Friday) located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The hybrid work schedule is 3 days/week onsite at Home Office and 2 days/week from home.
Relocation Benefits: Receive a $10,000 relocation bonus PLUS a generous relocation package if relocating more than 50 miles for this position.

What you'll do:
U.S. Tax Compliance Support
Support the preparation, review, and submission of required U.S. tax filings in accordance with established processes and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to: State Income Tax, Sales and Use Tax, Property Tax, Franchise Tax, Washington B&D Tax, FBAR and FATCA reporting
Collect, validate, and organize tax‑related data from internal systems and stakeholders.
Identify discrepancies, compliance issues, or risks and escalate them to senior tax leadership.
Continuous Improvement
Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and simplification efforts within the Finance and Tax functions.
Propose, design and implement process automation and documentation improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Internal Controls & Financial Reporting Support
Support internal control activities related to tax compliance and financial reporting.
Assist with documentation, testing, and updates to tax‑related controls and procedures in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
Credits & Incentives Support
Support the identification, evaluation, and tracking of federal, state, and local credits and incentives (e.g., tax credits, grants, abatements, and job creation incentives)
Assist in gathering and validating data required for incentive applications, compliance reporting, and audits
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Operations) to track incentive-related metrics such as capital investment and employment commitments
Maintain documentation and support ongoing compliance with incentive agreements, including monitoring deadlines and reporting requirements
Assist in tracking and reporting the financial impact and realization of incentives
Business & Transactional Support
Provide tax analysis and information to support acquisitions, new operations, and strategic business initiatives, under the direction of senior tax leadership.
Regulatory Monitoring & Communication
Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess their potential impact on company operations.
Help communicate regulatory updates and procedural changes to internal stakeholders in clear, practical terms.
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in tax and/or accounting
Strong ability to analyze data from multiple sources, apply tax rules, and translate complex tax concepts into clear, practical guidance for non-tax personnel
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while seeking guidance for complex matters.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and committed to continuous learning.
Desire to learn and understand the value of leveraging technology to drive greater efficiency, improve tax processes and manage risk.
