Manage the end-to-end growth program, including recruiting campaigns, application processing, and onboarding. Drive process improvements, maintain data integrity in ATS systems, and provide strategic reporting to support business goals.
Requires 3-7 years of experience in Growth, Recruiting, or RecOps with extensive knowledge of Greenhouse and Gsuite. Candidates must demonstrate strong project management skills, data analysis capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
The hourly salary range for this contract position in San Francisco, CA is $60 to $85/hr. This is a hybrid position in San Francisco, CA with occasional travels for onsite growth/recruiting events. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training.
