The Assembler II is responsible for performing complex production tasks including assembly, gluing, cutting, and operating machinery to meet quality and productivity goals. They must also maintain a clean work area, troubleshoot machine errors, and ensure all products conform to quality standards.
Candidates should have 1-2 years of manufacturing experience and a high school diploma or GED is preferred. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and the capacity to work in a standing position.

TITLE: ASSEMBLER II
DEPARTMENT: MANUFACTURING
REPORTS TO: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Perform a variety of tasks to produce quality products, meet or exceed productivity goals, and operate machinery correctly.
PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
This position requires lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds; therefore, proper lifting technique is required. This is a standing position, and occasional bending, climbing, crawling, crouching, kneeling, overhead lifting, pushing/pulling, reaching, squatting, and twisting may be required. (A detailed physical requirements checklist is available for this position.)
The performance of this position requires exposure to the manufacturing areas and requires the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High school degree or GED preferred
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
