About the role
The Junior Sales Specialist plays a key role in ensuring efficient, accurate and timely execution of sales and post-sales processes for internal and external customers. The position supports order, customer service operations related activities, contributing to high-quality customer experience and smooth collaboration across departments.
Key tasks
- Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.Handle product returns and prepare documentation.
- Manage customer complaints, checking discrepancies and provide feedback.
- Support reconciliation processes and checking identify inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with Regional Managers, Sales Representatives and Contact Center to ensure proper customer service.
- Prepare reports related to assigned responsibilities. Suggest improvements in processes and support their implementation.
- Archive sales documentation and manage correction notes.
About you
- At least secondary education (higher education in progress is an asset).
- Initial experience in sales support or customer service (publishing industry experience is a plus).
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with systems (SAP/CRM knowledge is an advantage).
- Detail-oriented, well-organized and reliable in task execution.
- Communicate effectively and enjoy teamwork.
- Goal-oriented and able to work under time pressure.
- Willing to learn and develop your skills.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
