The Role

At Magma, our Customer Success team is where the action happens. We're closest to our users and obsessed with helping them get the maximum value from our product. We're looking for a driven, curious and highly organised Customer Success Representative (CSR) who loves helping others, solving problems and delivering exceptional customer service.

In this role, you'll interact with our users (math teachers all over Germany), answering their questions, resolving support requests, and helping them overcome any challenges they encounter while using the platform. You'll troubleshoot and resolve issues primarily through our support chat, as well as by phone and email. You'll also be the first point of contact for bugs reported by users, investigating and communicating them internally to our Product team. Success in this role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver world-class customer service even under pressure.

As a CSR, you'll also manage our customer-facing Help Center, create instructional guides, and set up user accounts within the platform. You'll be one of the primary faces of Magma, playing a key role in shaping our users' experience and ensuring they receive outstanding support at every stage of their journey. What We're Looking For

• Are an excellent communicator who can confidently manage multiple priorities and navigate challenging conversations.

• Are proactive, eager to learn, and always looking for ways to improve both the customer experience and internal processes.

• Are comfortable learning new technologies; experience with Excel and basic SQL is a plus.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing service role

• Fluent in German (native) and English

• Curious, proactive and comfortable taking initiative.

• Completed secondary education (e.g. Abitur, Fachabitur, or equivalent. Bonus points if you don't hate math!).
