The Customer Operations Coordinator manages the end-to-end order process, including entry, invoicing, and delivery coordination. They serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams to resolve shipping and service issues.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or order management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with systems like SAP or EDI is preferred.

About the Role
The Customer Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting SAMBAZON’s business-to-business customers by managing orders from entry through delivery. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in customer service, order management, and logistics.
The role works closely with grocery retailers, foodservice partners, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
This is a full-time, temporary position with the possibility of extension based on business needs. The role is based on-site in our San Clemente office and offers $25.00 per hour, benefits eligibility, and half-day Fridays.
