The patroller provides mobile and stationary security presence, monitors community property, and responds to emergency situations. They are responsible for logging activities, creating incident reports, and enforcing community rules through warnings or citations.
Candidates should have a valid driver's license and a background in law enforcement or security is considered helpful. Possession of CPR, AED, and Emergency First Aid certifications is required for this role.
Description
The purpose of this position is to provide mobile and stationary patrol presence in the community. Primary functions of this position may include patrolling community property such as various buildings and gate access points, assisting in emergency situations and interacting with homeowners and guests regarding community violations. Use computer system to look-up information on residents, log activities and create incident reports. Issues warnings or citations for violations of rules as needed. Observe and report issues needing correction. Performs other duties as assigned.
