Responsible for general maintenance, custodial duties, and cleanliness of common areas both interior and exterior. Tasks include performing repairs, managing make-ready units, and ensuring pool and landscaping upkeep.
Preferred high school diploma or GED and at least one year of maintenance experience. Must be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in various outdoor weather conditions.
