Responsible for general maintenance, custodial duties, and cleanliness of the property's interior and exterior common areas. Tasks include executing basic landscaping, pool care, and completing maintenance work orders within 24-48 hours.
Preferred high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in maintenance or a related field. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and operating various maintenance tools and equipment.
