The Regional Manager oversees the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of properties, driving team performance and maintaining client relationships. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least four years in multifamily property management and two years as a Community Manager. Proficiency in Yardi and revenue management software like LRO or Yieldstar is required.

The Regional Manager (RM) is responsible for overseeing the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of properties. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive team performance, maintain client relationships, and ensure the successful execution of business strategies to align with company objectives.
