The Maintenance Technician is responsible for general interior and exterior maintenance, including custodial duties, landscaping, and pool care. They must also execute make-ready unit preparations and respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of maintenance experience are preferred. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and operating various maintenance tools and equipment.
