The Quality Technician is responsible for inspecting and verifying plastic injection molded products using high-accuracy measurement equipment to ensure compliance with specifications. The role involves documenting inspection results, identifying nonconformances, and supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of quality inspection experience specifically within plastic injection molding. Proficiency with precision measuring tools, GD&T, and familiarity with ISO or IATF quality standards are required.

The Quality Technician is responsible for inspecting, measuring, and verifying plastic injection molded products to ensure compliance with customer specifications, engineering drawings, and internal quality standards. This role performs dimensional and visual inspections using gauges and high-accuracy measurement equipment and supports production by identifying nonconformances, documenting results, and assisting with corrective actions.
