Responsible for supervising all assigned store areas and leading the entire operation in the absence of the Store Manager. Key duties include managing payroll, controlling expenses, ensuring merchandise presentation, and maintaining safety and loss prevention standards.
Requires two or more years of retail store or assistant manager experience with the ability to supervise and motivate staff. Candidates must be fluent in English and available to work evenings and weekends.

In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for leading the entire operation of the Store to ensure that Company standards and best practices are consistently met.
