Responsible for supervising all assigned store areas and leading the entire operation in the absence of the Store Manager. Key duties include managing payroll, controlling expenses, ensuring safety compliance, and overseeing merchandise processing and customer service.
Requires two or more years of retail store or assistant manager experience with a proven ability to motivate and supervise staff. Candidates must be fluent in English, capable of working evenings and weekends, and able to meet the physical demands of a retail environment.

COMPENSATION
The base pay range for this role is $19.42 – $25.78. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
