Responsible for supervising all store areas, managing non-exempt associates, and ensuring company standards are met in the absence of the Store Manager. Oversees payroll, expense control, loss prevention, and the overall customer shopping experience.
Requires two or more years of retail store or assistant manager experience with the ability to motivate and supervise staff. Must be fluent in English and available to work evenings and weekends.

In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for leading the entire operation of the Store to ensure that Company standards and best practices are consistently met.

COMPENSATION
The base pay range for this role is $27.13 – $37.30. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
