The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supervising store operations, managing associates, and ensuring company standards for merchandising and customer service are met. They also oversee payroll, expense control, and loss prevention efforts to maintain store performance and safety.
Candidates must have at least two years of retail management experience and the ability to supervise and motivate staff. The role requires physical stamina for standing and moving throughout the store, as well as the ability to work evenings and weekends.
