The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supervising store operations, managing staff, and ensuring company standards for merchandising and customer service are met. They also oversee payroll, expense control, loss prevention, and the maintenance of a safe and clean store environment.
Candidates must have at least two years of retail management experience and the ability to supervise and motivate associates. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to work evenings and weekends, and proficiency in basic retail mathematics.

Responsible for learning all phases of Store operations. In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for leading the entire operation of the Store to ensure that Company standards and best practices are consistently met.
