The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supervising store operations, managing associates, and ensuring company standards for merchandising and customer service are met. They also oversee payroll, expense control, and loss prevention efforts to maintain store productivity and safety.
Candidates must have at least two years of retail management experience and the ability to supervise and motivate staff. Proficiency in English, basic mathematical skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends are required.

Responsible for learning all phases of Store operations. In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for leading the entire operation of the Store to ensure that Company standards and best practices are consistently met.
