The Buyer is responsible for managing component purchase orders, maintaining inventory levels, and coordinating with vendors to meet production requirements. They will also lead projects related to material flow and collaborate with internal teams to resolve supply chain and quality issues.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of purchasing experience. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and strong analytical and communication skills are required.
Riverpoint Medical is looking to hire a Buyer II. At Riverpoint you will be part of the process that brings great technology to medical, dental, and veterinary markets. We specialize in the design and manufacturing of premium medical devices. Our ingenuity can be found in our suture technologies, sports medicine fibers and anchors, surgical lighting, and special needle technologies. The Buyer II is responsible for creating and maintaining component purchase orders and releases from suppliers to meet defined internal requirements working closely with vendors for new and existing product lines.
