The Director is responsible for establishing internal logistics, tactical purchasing, planning, and Lean strategies to ensure operational excellence. This role oversees the Rittal Production System, supply chain operations, and continuous improvement across production processes.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with extensive leadership experience in lean management and logistics. Deep proficiency in SAP and expertise in SIOP and sheet metal fabrication are essential.

Brief Summary:
The Director of Work Preparation and Planning is responsible for establishing internal logistics, tactical purchasing, and planning. This role provides leadership and guidance on all aspects of work preparation, planning, and the Rittal Production System, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement across supply chain and production processes.
