The Senior Manager coordinates domestic product development and leads design engineering teams focused on R&D and regulatory compliance. They are responsible for executing technology roadmaps, managing engineering budgets, and overseeing the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
Candidates must have a BSME or equivalent technical degree with over 10 years of product design experience and at least 5 years in leadership. Proficiency in 3D/2D CAD tools and a strong understanding of domestic regulatory standards like UL and NEMA are required.

Brief Summary:
The Senior Manager of Domestic Design Engineering is responsible for coordinating design activities for North American domestic product development. This role collaborates with senior leadership, Product Management, and Marketing to define and execute technology and new product development roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The position leads domestic design engineering teams focused on R&D, standards, and regulatory compliance while driving innovation and continuous improvement.
