The Technical Account Manager provides strategic technical guidance and executional support to enterprise clients to ensure successful platform implementation and optimization. They act as a trusted advisor, managing day-to-day technical operations and bridging communication between client teams and internal engineering departments.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in technical account management, implementation, or solutions engineering within a B2B SaaS or e-commerce environment. Proficiency in Excel, project tracking tools like JIRA or Salesforce, and a foundational understanding of data mapping and feed architecture are required.

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will deliver strategic technical guidance and executional support to enterprise and strategic clients throughout their journey with Rithum. You will serve as the technical complement to the Client Success Manager (CSM), working in close partnership to align technical solutions to business objectives, ensure seamless channel implementation, and drive long-term success through platform optimization and scalable technical strategies. This role requires strong project management capabilities, deep product knowledge, and the ability to build trust with both client and internal technical stakeholders.
