Key Responsibilities:

• Lead market expansion initiatives by identifying and launching new countries for business operations.

• Develop and execute market entry strategies, including partner acquisition and payment infrastructure setup.

• Build and manage local payment ecosystems, including banks, PSPs, crypto providers, payment agents, and alternative payment methods.

• Analyze market opportunities, payment landscapes, regulatory environments, and potential business risks before launch.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local partners, financial institutions, payment providers, and key stakeholders.

• Lead negotiations with banks, PSPs, regulators, and strategic partners to secure successful market entry.

• Coordinate payment integrations and ensure stable deposit and withdrawal flows before market launch.

• Work closely with Operations, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Product teams to deliver scalable payment solutions.

• Continuously monitor regulatory, banking, and payment industry developments across target markets.

• Develop contingency plans and quickly respond to operational challenges in dynamic environments.

• Travel extensively (up to 80%) to build local partnerships and support market launches.

Hard Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Payments, FinTech, iGaming, Banking, or Financial Services.

• Proven experience launching new markets and executing international expansion strategies.

• Strong understanding of payment infrastructure, including PSPs, acquiring, banking, crypto, and local payment methods.

• Established network of contacts across payment providers, banks, acquirers, or local payment partners.

• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and closing strategic partnerships.

• Strong understanding of payment regulations, compliance, and operational risk management.

• Ability to evaluate new markets, identify opportunities, assess risks, and prioritize investments.

• Experience working in fast-changing or emerging markets is highly preferred.

• Fluent English is required; additional languages relevant to emerging markets are a strong advantage.
