Act as the interface between internal product development and customers in E-Commerce, Financial Services, and Banking. Manage the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, technical requirement translation, and conducting training for Fraud Managers.
Requires several years of relevant experience in customer support, preferably within IT consulting or an IT environment. A degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or a similar qualification is ideal, along with fluency in German and English.
