Reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Operations, the Revenue Operations Business Partner Lead is a senior manager role responsible for the Business Partnering function across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Leading a team of three Business Partners, this role plays a direct part in shaping the strategic direction of each function, ensuring RevOps capabilities are consistently translated into commercial impact. The ideal candidate combines strong people management with deep GTM expertise, executive-level stakeholder influence, and a track record of driving measurable change.
