The Program Manager will oversee a portfolio of concurrent Ripple Treasury implementations, ensuring coordinated delivery across multiple teams and client partners. They will serve as the senior point of contact for executive stakeholders, managing project dependencies, risks, and program governance to ensure successful business outcomes.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in program or project management, including at least 2 years in enterprise-level SaaS or professional services implementations. Strong expertise in treasury or financial risk management processes and the ability to influence at the C-suite level are required.

We are seeking a Program Manager, Service and Delivery to guide the implementation of various client solutions throughout the Americas. In this role at Ripple Treasury, you will connect detailed project activities with communication to executive collaborators. You will maintain the overall health of programs spanning multiple engagements, foster governance and responsibility, and guarantee clients achieve the full value of Ripple Treasury’s platform on time and within budget.
This role requires a practitioner who can work at both the program and project levels. You will translate strategic objectives into structured delivery plans and manage cross-functional dependencies. You will also raise issues proactively when risks appear. Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring and developing the broader PMO team.
