Description:
- One (1) SharePoint Online & Power Platform SME, required to hold all of: MS-900, MS-700, PL-300, PL-900, PL-400, MS-721, and PL-600 (Power Platform Solutions Architect Expert);
- The SME shall possess the knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications necessary to successfully perform SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and related Microsoft 365 support services.
- Five (5) years of cumulative experience working on and developing Power Platform products (Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate);
- Five (5) years of cumulative experience developing, managing, and implementing solutions for a SharePoint Online site to include data management, organization and permissions management;
- 1 year teaching/instructional experience.
- US citizenship required - Must have held or be eligible to hold a Secret clearance or higher.
At a minimum, the SME shall be capable of performing the following tasks:
- Provide technical support and guidance for SharePoint Online site administration, permissions, lists, libraries, pages, and workflow-related functionality.
- Develop, configure, update, and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and related business process automation tools.
- Troubleshoot SharePoint Online and Power Platform issues and provide recommended solutions to the Government.
- Assist Government users with process improvement, data organization, workflow automation, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
- Maintain required qualifications and certifications
Work Locations. The majority of work shall be performed at Government facilities via approved NonSecure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET) systems and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET). However, travel to CONUS (48 adjoining U.S. states plus DC) locations is anticipated to support off-site conferences, working groups, and professional development.
