Manages the daily operations of an IDD facility to ensure high-quality care and services for persons with developmental disabilities. Supervises administrative, clinical, and financial functions while enforcing compliance with company, state, and federal policies.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in human services, healthcare management, or business administration, with graduate degrees preferred. Prefers five to seven years of management experience in a comparable role with IDD experience.
