The Sr. Cash Applications Specialist manages incoming payments, reconciles cash receipts, and ensures accurate posting to the general ledger. They also support month-end closing activities and collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in cash application or accounts receivable and proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. An associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required or equivalent experience.

The Sr. Cash Applications Specialist is responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring accurate and timely posting of cash receipts from multiple platforms, applying customer deposits, issuing credit memos, creating journal entries and performing collection activities. This role plays a key part in maintaining the financial health of the organization by ensuring efficient and accurate processing of receivables. This role reports to the Sr. Accounts Receivable Supervisor.
This role is based Onsite in our Carlsbad, CA office.
