Location: Bath Road, Swindon
Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for an experienced and caring Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our dedicated team at Bath Road – a CQC Registered home supporting up to ten individuals with severe and enduring mental health challenges.
At Bath Road, we provide more than just accommodation – we offer support with daily living skills, personal care, finances, and rehabilitation, while encouraging engagement with the local community.

Working hours: Rota based, shift pattern, 5-week rolling rota consisting of 5 shifts per week, including one sleep-in. Minimum of 3 working weekends. Shifts: 8am-4pm, 2pm-10pm followed by a sleep-in, 7am-1pm and 1pm – 9pm shifts.
